NASCAR team owner Jack Roush is in critical condition after a twin-engine plane he was in skidded off the runway at Wittman Regional Airport in Kentucky while landing, Fox11Online.com reports.

Theda Clark Medical Center tells the website that [B]his injuries are non-life threatening[/B].
One other person was on the plane with Roush when it skidded off the runway. Authorities say Brenda Strickland also suffered non-life threatening injuries.

[I]Roush was also involved in a plane crash in April 2002, when the private plane he was in collided into an Alabama lake. A retired Marine saved his life, pulling the unconscious Roush from the plane and administering CPR.[/I]

The NTSB and the FAA are investigating the latest incident. The cause of the accident is unknown.
